Audience and audience interpretations of the work

Peoples reactions to these videos would all be different, since the point to experimental video is to make people react or feel in a certain way, whether they are the same or not. I think it is important for viewers to see the videos in there own independent ways and to not all think the same thing, as that is the reason for experimental video. The most important thing is that the viewers have been affected by it in the appropriate way, which is what the creator would want. People in the group had different concepts of the film koyanisqatsi, which shows different images of places in the world, different affects humans have on it and how beautiful the world is in some parts. Some of the group thought it was boring and didn't interest them and others thought it was clever and captured great images of the world and understood more about what the film was made for.
