It is a recording of a street with people walking past going about their every day lives, whilst a man is shouting out what the people are doing before they actually do it! It sounds as if the man is the director and the people are doing what he says.
The sound is non digetic because we cant see the man talking, but it is also digetic as we can see the cars and people on the screen making noise!
Overall i thought the film was very boring, because nothing interesting happened and it is in black and white!
